About
Born and raised in a rural area in Changhua County,
Dr Li shouldered expectations from his parents and went to Taichung City to pursue higher education.
He went to high school there, and completed the bachelor’s degree at the Department of Dentistry, China Medical University.
With determination and ideals, he overcame fear and difficulties and started Shining Dental Clinic in Taichung.

2000 to 2006 – Worked as a dentist at a private dental clinic in Taichung

2010 – Received the certification of the experienced dental surgeon from Taiwan Academy of Implant Dentistry, the certification of the dental surgeon from The Association of Family Dentistry, and the certification of the dental surgeon from Taiwan Formosa Academy of Implant Dentistry
2011 – Became a member of the Taiwan Academy of Laser in Dentistry
2012 – Went to New York University to engage in advanced studies on implant dentistry, striving for excellence in the field
2012 – Admission to the Master’s Program at Nanjing University
2013 – Received certification of membership from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI)
2014 – Earned the Master of Dental Surgery from Nanjing University
